The Solent Stevedores management and front line team have many years experience working within a port environment and offer a fully flexible and professional service to customers.

In Southampton there is a core workforce of 35 full time employees with the ability to supplement with additional suitably trained, flexible and experienced staff whenever the need arises.

Basic working hours are Monday – Friday 08.00 - 17.00 but Solent Stevedores offers a very flexible working arrangement to meet customer requirements.  In this respect weekend and extended day/night working is available on request.

Cruise Operations working hours are as demanded by vessel needs 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
