• Gottwald HWK 6407B:

100 tonnes lifting capacity @ 11-24 metres radius
36.6 tonnes lifting capacity @ 24-51 metres radius

• Gottwald HMK170E:  

63 tonnes lifting capacity @ 10-20 metres radius
24.5 tonnes lifting capacity @ 20-38 metres radius

Mobile Cranes can operate with either of two grabs with capacities of between 10 and 16 cubic metres.

Also two ‘orange peel’ grabs for scrap and a spreader unit for handling containers.  

Quay Cranes

• Titan ‘35’T:

35 tonnes lifting capacity @ 21 metres radius
30 tonnes lifting capacity @ 24 metres radius
15 tonnes lifting capacity @ 30 metres radius

Titan can operate with either of two grabs with capacities of between 12 and 18 cubic metres

• Stothert & Pitt (x 2):  

10 tonnes lifting capacity @ 25 metres radius x 2 grabs with 5 cubic metres capacity each.

Conveyor System

Overhead Conveyor System allowing cargo discharge from ship to store at between 200 to 400 tonnes per hour, dependent upon cargo.

1 x Fork Truck (3 tonne)

Weighbridge

4 public weighbridges including discreet access to our bespoke stock tracking system. (Two bridges located on Berth 108 and two bridges located on King George V Dock.)

8 x 3.5T JCB Telehandlers
22 x 3T Counterbalance forklifts
12 x Baggage “trains” with Electric Tow trucks
6 x Baggage Conveyors
12 x Pedestrian Operated Pallet Trucks
Extensive range of Baggage/Stores Handling Cages and Platforms

Other equipment is sourced as necessary to ensure full support to multiple cruise vessels at the various Southampton Terminals.
